How to show differences between data downloaded today compared to previous dates

Hi all, 

I have a large report where new data is downloaded from the system each day and refreshed into my PowerBI file.
This includes vessel voyage details and I need to be able to easily see which vessels have moved from 1 week to another due to delay. 

At the moment when using 'Matrix' visual the value of the Vessel Voyage only counts 'first' is there any way to change this so it takes all data within the dataset or should I be using a different visual? 

So for example, I need to be able to see clearly if one of the above vessel voyages moved from week 17 to week 18.

Thanks for the help, I have made this change however this now lists all the voyages 1 after another and I am unable to sort by the previous parameters. 
Please can you advise how I can get this to still sort by the Rows/Columns selected?

Hi @Kym ,

Please try replacing the field [Corporate SVVD] with this measure.

Corporate SVVD: = CONCATENATEX('Table','Table'[Corporate SVVD])
