How to show Value on hover in specific column header on metrics visual

I want to show descirption of my column on hover on specific column  in metrics visual.

So far I tried below things in model of a table :

But it is not showing description. Please help. In above example, I want to show "This is test column" on hover

 

Curretly It is shwoing :
