How to show Actual Vs Budget in a Matrix

Hello all I would like to show the Budget Vs Actual for 7 colums so to compare 14 columns. Can you suggest me any efficient way to do this if I go through the matrix to add 14 cols it will be overloaded. Or maybe any custom visual which is more proper to show this.

I recommend that you can use Bullet Chart. Bullet charts can display the performance of a measure (e.g., Actual) against a target (e.g., Budget) and are excellent for compactly displaying this type of data.
