The request is to compare scheduled appointments from the past week and then compare a week later to how many actually kept their appointments. Because the appointments can be cancelled, rescheduled or just have no shows it means the status changes daily so a snapshot would need to be taken.
I was thinking maybe using Power Automate to run a query and store the data in Excel then pull that data for comparison a week later in Power BI. Any thoughts on the best way to do this would be appreciated. Thank you.
