How to plot cumulative target line

How to plot the dotted cumulated target line by using this sample file?

@PBI_newuser , In the line plot you can use the markers

Under Shape-> Line style - Dotted/dashed

Cumulative formula (in case you do have a formula)

Cumm Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Amount]),filter(allselected(Table),Table[Time] <=max(Table[Time])))

Hi @amitchandak , I have created cumulative hours measure in the file but it doesn't allow me to add the target line in the chart. Please advise how to do so.
