How to include both MTD and YTD in trended view

Hello!

I am trying to build out a trended financial statement in a matrix view  and the financial statement consist of the lines below. So, my problem is how do i get the YTD membership to add all the previous month membership? My Visualization are,

Rows = Financial Lines

Columns = FY Quarters and Month

Values = Budget and Actual - These 2 are measures (calculate(Table[Value]),Table[Bud/Act] = "Actual")
