How to get Calculated Measure using Parameters?

We can get Calculated Measures in Tableau using Parameter in SQL. How can we replicate that in Power BI?

For example this:

I can't even access Parameters in Power BI in DAX panel

Parameters only apply to your queries.  There are also What-If Parameters but those don't apply here.  To get your desired functionality, you can make a disconnected table of values, make a slicer, and then use a SELECTEDVALUE() of that slicer column in a SWITCH expression.
