Want to filter in already created measure as a new measure

Hello:

I have a measure: 

In scope Measure = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS(Table_query__1), Table_query__1[Overall Status] IN {"Completed","In-Progress",BLANK()})
I want to create a new measure where I filter the inscope based on "Risk rating" (High/Low/Medium)
Risk rating is a new coloumn. I want count of High Risk Incsope number. 
Appreciate your help in my learning process.

You can try this measure

New Measure = CALCULATE ( [In Scope Measure], Table_query_1[Risk rating] = "High" )
