How to create new values from a colum of data

I'm trying to create a new category that is looking at a colum of data  and categorise them into 3 fields.

Values 0 to 22 to be classed as RHS

Values 23 to 46 to be classed as MID

Values 47 to 70 to be classed as LHS

Can anyone help please.

	 Switch(True(),
	 [Value]>=0 &&  [Value]<=22 , "RHS",
	 [Value]>=23 &&  [Value]<=46 , "MID",
	 [Value]>=47 &&  [Value]<=70 , "RHS")
