How to create a measure that fixes a number from the table referenced by slicer?

Hi,

I would like to create a measure called "NewAlloc" that repeats the value from the "Alloc" column based on the slicer value. 

In this case if A is chosen as the Supplier, NewAlloc should repeat the value for Supplier A within each period. 

Appreciate your help!

@learner4eva see attached file, there are many tables, just focus on Alloc and Alloc Supplier table and take it from there.

@learner4eva why do you have value 1, isn't it suppose to be 0.55 and 0.49. can you explain why you are showing 1?

Yes it is supposed to show 0.55 and 0.49. Is there a way to create a measure that does that?
