Hello,
I am trying to breakdown all contract amounts to different stages to create a billing forecasting sheet. All projects have "Contract Date" and "Contract Amount".
For example if the a contract amount is $100,000 and contract date is 01/01/2024. I need to break it down to the following stages to create a column chart by amount and date.
$100,000 x 0.3 =30,000 , 01/01/2024
$100,000 x 0.1 =10,000 , 01/01/2024 + 60 DAYS
$100,000 x 0.4 =40,000 , 01/01/2024+180 DAYS
$100,000 x 0.2 =30,000 , 01/01/2024+240 DAYS
If I add new columns with formula to calculate each stage, I wont be able to turn it to a column graph because the data is in multiple column.
Thank you
Pejman
That's a standard amortization pattern, covered in many posts. What have you tried and where are you stuck?
