How to add column totals to the month in a matrix table (Grand Total at the bottom)

I am trying to add totals to the month at the bottom where I highlighted in the picture and everytime I try to turn on row subtotals or column subtotals it doesn't work. 

I tried turning on column subtotals by month and nothing shows up. 

And then when I turn on row subtotals I get this outlook. 

I am only trying to show the grand total at the bottom for each month. Is this possible?

How do you make it so that the total shows up at the bottom in this format?

When I change the totals to the bottom, the format changes to this

You need to switch off all subtotals except for country.
As I showed in the previous response.

To show only a grand total at the matrix  you need to :

1.Switch on a per row level subtotals :

2. Switch off all the hierarchy levels of rows, except for the highest :

Result :
