How to Created number beside bar chart

Hi is it posibble to create number beside bar chart above ?

I could created the bar, but for the number still trying to figure out

Sorry for the inconvenience, based on the current Power BI Desktop functions, this kind of bar chart can only show the number inside.

In the default bar chart visual, you can turn on data labels and position them at the top of the stacks.  To get the line and # outside the bars, you could do it with Charticulator.
