How to Create an Scorecard from a Form Excel

I have an Excel File which i a Create an Scorecard with questions, over the row that have the dropdown selection of the points are the IF formulas for each question in case of "NA". I created an Form Excel to register the Evaluations with the questions and the scores to pick. How do I transform that info that i Have in this excel file to a power bi dashboard: SOCIAL MEDIA SCORECARD - Example (1).xlsx

As you can see once I finish grading the evaluation that provides me a total, and base on the total points and the sum of the points that each agents gets that provides me Percentage by Category and Question.

Hi @ivansitoiv,

Perhaps you can try to use 'import' feature to improve excel workbook contents if they are include in the types of content which power bi desktop supported:

Import Excel workbooks into Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi @v-shex-msft , Actually that is not what in Looking for. For example on that File as you see where if the points that you can grade with data validation, above if the "IF Formulas" if one answer if NA. I want to know how to apply that in PowerBI.
