Hi @Frixel !

It seems your Power BI Adiministrator has disabled the creation of new workspace settings from Admin Portal or only allowed it for specific users or security group;

Workspace CreationWorkspace Creation

You can Power BI Administrator to add your AD user to this list.

Hi  @Frixel ,

1. Please open Power BI service with the same account used in Power BI desktop, check which workspaces are available, and you can test if you are able to publish pbix file via Get Data -> Files in Power BI service.

2. Please check which data source does the report get data from. If it's connecting to Power BI dataset, you can only publish that report to the same Power BI service workspace that contains the dataset being used.

This is a link about data refresh, I hope it will help you:

Hi @Frixel !

Please login to [app.powerbi.com] using your AD crendentials, create a new workspace there. Once workspace is created in Power BI Service [app.powerbi.com], click Publish on Power BI Desktop, you will see the new workspace.

Hasham

Hi @HashamNiaz

Ik think you mean this, but it can`t.

That is strange because i see other workspaces so it is possible.(it are workspaces from others accounts, not from me)

I don`t know how they are come there.
