Hide Actuals Data From Chart

How do I hide data from a certain month? I have a chart comparing actuals and forecast data. As you see below, July has a negative amount but I'd like to hide ONLY the actuals from July but still keep the forecast amount for July (as well as the other months). How do I go about doing this?

If you are using Pro, you could use RLS. If you are more concerned about just hiding it in the visual versus people actually having access to the data, you could just filter it out of the visual by creating a measure for your actuals that excludes data from July (or negative data and just zero it, for example.
