Help! Measure to edit the file name while importing data into Power BI.

Hello all,

I'm using the Microsoft Exchange Online option to import data into PBI.

I get a CSV file everyday into my outlook account. I have coonected my account to Power bi through "Microsoft Exchange Online" so that I can just refresh the report to update with the most recent file and data.

File name that I receie daily is in the form:

<File Name><Date>

qqq1.PNG

Since each file has a date, each filename becomes unique. And I can't group the files irrespective of the dates.

So, is there a way to use just the file name in the subject(without date) as a filter to import the data into Power bi.

Looking forward to your help.

You may try Text.StartText.Length and Text.End.

@Anonymous may be add aother column in Power Query called File Name and remove date portion from it.
