The ServiceNow Analytics is quite basic and was wondering if anyone has experience with Integration to Power BI, for displaying Daily Dashboards and creating monthly Service Review Packs

Yes i noticed there is now a Premium Connector But i have tried the free trial version without any luck. I think this is due to my two stage password, with authentication changing with each log in

 I do, but with workarounds. We schedule reports from Service Now and extract data in a csv. I use all those csvs to create all the reports. For security and performance reasons I am not able to have a "direct query" connection with ServiceNow.
