Handling comma-separated values

Hello,

I have two columns that have multiple values separated by commas:

I know I could use the function to create a new column by delimiter, but I think this would be a nightmare as the number of values changes for each row and it would be a mess.

Should I make a list from these comma separated values? How can I do that?

Thanks.

@Bamgin , split by delimiter into rows seems a better option in this data.
