Generate customizable reports

Can we generate customizable reports in power bi ? Can you send me some documentations related to it?

For example, I have a dataset that consists of 100 users record. I have to generate report for each user. Is that possible in power bi?

Yes, it is possible.

You may could use Role level security to achieve that. Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI can be used to restrict data access for given users. Filters restrict data access at the row level, and you can define filters within roles. 

You could have a good look at this docuement about how to define the roles in power bi desktop and assign role in power bi service.
