Find count of occurrences in trailing 12 month period.

Hi All, 

I need to  create a additional column showing no.of occurences of func.loc name based on act finish date column time period in rolling 12 month time period. 

Eventually, my goal is to calculate mean time between failure for rolling 12 month period.

please provide a pbix with sample data, upload the file to onedrive or dropbox and share the link, make sure that the sample data represents your data model. If you use Excel to create the sample data, upload the sample data as well.

Next to the sample data also describe your expected result considering the data inside the files you provided.

My assumption for the count of BL4GT in line 1 is 0 as there is no older data. For the 2nd appearance of BL4GT (finish date 2019-02-21) the count results to 1?
