Extract Numbers in String Power Query

Hi All

I would like to extract numbers from a  string in Power Query where the numbers required are not consistently in the same position the string and there are also could be other numbers. Please see below.

Is there a way to extract the numbers (desired result on right) from strings on left?

Thanks in advance!!!

@KeithC add new column using following M expression:

Text.Trim(Text.BetweenDelimiters([Text], "-", "-", {0, RelativePosition.FromEnd}, {0, RelativePosition.FromEnd}))
