Exclude future dates filter

Hi everyone, so I have this measure that excludes future dates in my filter visual. However, it doesn't include the dates that actually had data. Say I have data from April 1 to 6 and it doesn't show up on my visual. Thanks in advance 🙂

Exclude future dates =
IF ( MAX ( 'Date'[Date] )  <= TODAY(), 1, 0 )

@ronaldbalza2023 , Try with min, as in case of date table, max can month end date

Exclude future dates =
IF ( Min('Date'[Date] ) <= TODAY(), 1, 0 )

or use date from fact /data table

IF ( Max('Table'[Date] ) <= TODAY(), 1, 0 )
