Enhanced Scatter Dynamic Colors not working

Hi everyone,

I have to create a scatter plot where the dots have different colors depending on a certain measure. Since the normal scatter plot does not allow this for my case, I had to add one called Enhanced Scatter which is apparetnly also from Microsoft. I have watched a short turorial on this and it seems like you can dynamically change the colors of the dots with a measure, which is exactly what I need to do.

The guy in the video creates a measure based on an existing column that stores the colors as values. The measure was just a FIRSTNONBLANK() function with the column in it. He then adds it to the Scatter Plot. Since in my case such a column wouldnt be dynamic , I needed to find another solution and came up with the idea of creating a measure that has basically a variable table with a column specifying the colors based on certain conditions. Problem is, it does not let me add it to the  "Customized Color" field, while the guy on the video could add his measure without any probelm. If I put my created measure into a table instead of the scatter plot, the colors appear just as I imagine.

What am I doing wrong? My measure seems correct but I cannot add it.

Hi @felipereyes_ ,

The version in the video is from 7 years ago, when metrics could be placed in Customized Color, and some features have changed with Microsoft's current updates.So far I've tried it and I can put calculated columns in it and it works perfectly to achieve the desired result
