Dynamic change of colors for arrows

I have this Measure for changing arrows from up to down or blank and it works well.

Intake Arrows
Intake Arrows = SWITCH(TRUE(),
Intakes[Intake Variance %]<0, UNICHAR(9660),
Intakes[Intake Variance %]>0, UNICHAR(9650),
BLANK()
)

Please can someone tell me how to make arrows automatically red when less than 0 and green when greater than 0 or blue when no changes at all.

Hi, @amabrenda1986 

Accoding to your description, you want to "make arrows automatically red when less than 0 and green when greater than 0 or blue when no changes at all.".

Here are the steps you can refer to :

(1)We can just create another measure like this:

Color Measure = SWITCH(TRUE(),
Intakes[Intake Variance %]<0, "green",
Intakes[Intake Variance %]>0, "blue",
BLANK()
)

 

(2)Then we can put this measure on your [Intake Arrows]'s conditional format:

Then we can get the result as follows:
