Dynamic Tooltip in a matrix

Starting Point is a Matrix Visualization like this: 

The Matrix will be filtered by CalenderWeek, this means that only data of one week should be displayed. I want to integrate a tooltip which shows me the data of the last week, this means if I hover across the field Facebook/Clicks, it should only show me the clicks of last week in that specfic country on Faceboook, if I hover over Webiste Visits, it should only show me the Website Visits in that specific countries on Facebook. Is it possible to have a dynamic tooltip which changes the filters for every field in the matirx? So far I managed to implement a tooltip which will always shows just last weeks Clicks, however it will display Clicks if I hover over Website Visit cell.

As tested, it’s impossible to realize your idea in current version (My Version: 2.76.5678.541 64-bit (December 2019)).
When we hover over the field, the custom tooltips do not work.

The custom tooltips work only when we hover over the values of the matrix.

yes, it should only work for the values in the matrix. But the tooltip should show me the corresponding values from last week.
