The issue is that the data in the dimension table cannot create the correct one to many relationship.

Thanks Liang. My process for creating the dimension table was duplicating the US Accidents table, only keeping the ID column, creating a new column from Locations[Location] to make a cross product from all of the ID and locations.
Do you have a recommendation on what the problem is in creating the one-to-many relationship?
