Duplicated data

Hello!

I have a problem with duplicated information in a data desplay.

Costo OML & Presupuesto OPEX are in 2 different tables with similar structure.

I take Equipo(Equipment) and Segmento Codigo ( Segment Code) from the OML table.

And I do make the relationship between them in the Model section by the MES_ID (Month_ID)

Does anybody knows what could be the possible reason why the duplicity of the info?

Thank you for your time and help

Hi @Anonymous ,

As for a many-to-many relationship. The relationship should propagate filters in a single direction, from the dimension-type table to the fact-type table.

Here is the reference.

Best Regards,

@Anonymous , Is that unique key column on which you are joining.

The way to check is on table visual take this column as un summarized and take again with count and filter count>1, there should be 0 rows.

Many to many is allowed but depend on overall data model structure.

Have you explored Append or Merge for these two : https://radacad.com/append-vs-merge-in-power-bi-and-power-query
