@atasgao if you have a calendar dimension in your model, and year on x-axis is used from this dimension then add another column in your dimension and use that on x-axis:
New Column =
IF ( CalendarTable[Year] <= 2016, "2016 and Prior", FORMAT( CalendarTable[Year], "####' ) )
