Dax measure to know if patient has lost 5% or more

Hi,

I need to calculate a measure but don't know how to do it.

I need to know de number of patients whose lost >= 5% of weight 6 months after they joined (min date) for the first time in the group B

It has to be compared the first time to the max date of the period

I would not show IDpatient = 2 because Carlos did not lose weight in his last Appointment, only Ana (IdPatient = 1)
