I have three date columns in my data
all of them are marked as data type date
but for two of them date.[Year] does not work but for one date.[Year] or [Month] all that works
Please help me fix this issue!

You are refering that you have 3 date columns on your data, are they all on one single table, or are they in different tables?
Is the date that is working with .[Year] one column use to make relationships with other tables?
When you have related tables the dates time inteligence will only work on that column the other will not, you have to use the YEAR / MONTH formula to get the data from those columns.

I have all three columns in the same table, the two date columns which are not working are related to a date table, Now I know why thank you for the answer.
