Data Model suggestion for report building ?

Hi All,

I have a data model where I have fact DSR_DNQ with Skill Code (multiple) and dim Qualification also have multiple Qualification ID Integers for a single employee .

I need to link Qualifications witj DSR_DNQ to get it filter accorrding.

As they are Many Many relationship ? Is it recommended ?

How to resolve it?

Based on your descriptions, one possibility is to make the relationship between Qualifications and emp bi-directional.
