DIfferent value Power BI in data and report

There something that Is confusing about Power BI. One value display in report is different from data source. example the data have value 959829854183924 but in report display 959829854183923.90. Is that bugs from Power BI? Why in report change down 0.1?

need to round in power query or in power bi

But value that have character under 15 character before comma, still display right value, if I use round function, the value will change. This happen only on value have upper 14 character before comma that display different value
