Hee Guys,

Could you please help me out calculating the right value?

You can create measures like DAX below.

var d= IF(MAX([Price])-MAX([Budget])<MAX([Price])-MAX([Spent]),MAX([Price])-MAX([Budget]), MAX([Price])-MAX([Spent]))
var _table = SUMMARIZE(Table1, Table1[ProjectNumber],"_Value", d)

IF(HASONEVALUE(Table1[ProjectNumber]), d, SUMX(_table,[_Value]))
 

Provision A=
var d= IF(MAX([Spent])-MAX([Price])>0,MAX([Spent])-MAX([Price]), 0)
