Custom conditional formatting

Hello!  I am trying to make my columns color coordinated.... and I just can't make it work.  I have the course name, and then I brought in the score but made it show the average.  I want to color them if:

- the number is between 0 - 1 = no color

- between 1 -2 = #F7244E

- between 2-3 = #A0D1FF

 - betweeen 3 - 4 = #1BCA50#

- anything 4 and above = #027108

How do I do this?  Attached is a screenshot of my report.  I want both columns with the background color of the colors above.  Thanks in advance!

@nataliesmiy1357 , Hope you have a measure Avg of Score

Then create a color measure and use that in conditional formatting using field value option

Switch( True() ,
[Avg of score] <= 1, "#FFFFFF00",
[Avg of score] <= 2, "#F7244E",
[Avg of score] <= 3, "#A0D1FF",
[Avg of score] <= 4, "#1BCA50",
"#027108")
