I think this is pretty simple but I need help with a cumulative remainder total. The table has a column, T1N which is total needed, then T1S is total submitted, then T1R is remainder. This view is by Month right now but should be able to be drilled up to Quarter, then Year, or down by date. The formula I have for T1R is currently this, which I am sure is not correct:
Thanks for any help you can give
EDIT
This is from excel, but something I am looking for:
Month | Needed | Recorded | Remaining |
May | 60 | 4 | 56 |
June | 56 | 18 | 38 |
July | 38 | 2 | 36 |
August | 36 | 0 | 36 |
Total | 24 |

Are these Txx measures or columns from the base table? If they are measures, then I guess it's enough to turn them into: T1N = SUM( T[RelevantColumn] ). Same for T1S and then T1R will be the diff of the measures.

They are coming from the base table. Should they be measures?
