Create a risk meter or horizontal bar plot showing with multiple ranges in power bi

Hi All, 

I need to create a bar plot view or a risk meter view to show range like below snip.Either of the these visuals need to be created.
I have a column 1 with all the values from 1-100 and a calculated column which says Low,Medium,High and Critical based on column 1

I could not find a way to create a gauge chart with 4 segments? Is there any method to do that?
Also tried to create a horizontal bar chart , but not able to achieve the goal. Can someone suggest a process?

Suggest you consider using the Deneb visual for that.
