I have a table that has three columns.
- businessdate
- netsales_total
- timestamp
businessdate is set to unique.
This table is updated every time its source table gets a new record.
I want to create a line chart to show the netsales_total change over the time. Since one businessdate only has one record in the table, how to reflect the timestamp change in Power BI? I use direct query, by the way.
I tried to drag timestamp to x axis. But since one businessdate only has one record, it won't create a line chart on any given day. Instead, for any given day, it's just a dot.
Thanks.

@myu , Based on what I got, you need to check the DAX append method to append the data

Hi @myu ,
Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
