Create a New column with Extract names from a current field

Hi All

I have a list of over 100 company names in one field called employer -

But out of those company names i would like to extract 25 and create a field called managed Services 

I can't just filter than out because GDPR risks, because the report needs to go to different areas and I need to build reports just for this companies, open to different suggestions if there is an easier way to do this

According to your requirements, you need to create a new table instead of creating a flag or a measure.

You could describe the rules to pick up the 25 company names.
