Good morning.
I have 2 tables: Tickets and Calendar.
The Tickets table have the following columns: Unique ID number for the tickets, the name of the Company that requested the service, Started In (Date/Time), Closed In (Date/Time), Status (Closed, Resolved, New, Canceled), Unique ID number for the companies.
I'm having trouble finding the DAX so I can have a measure or column telling me what are the monthly number of tickets opened by Company ID 2.
For example, I want to know that in the month of July, Company Example LLC opened 3 tickets, in August they opened 1 ticket. And that for other companies as well. I want to be able to put that on my dashboard.
How do I do that?
