Convert text URL to hyperlink in PowerBI

Hi Folks!!

I need to display data from Text file to Power BI, in Text file, we have data as below, i.e. detail for the hyperlink but in text format.

Data available in Text File :

Book is available at <u><a href=https ://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/connectors/quickbooksonline ms.pgarea=content ms.cmpgrp=body ms.cmptyp=link ms.cmpnm=QuickBooks Online ms.title= km.title= ms.interactiontype=1> QuickBooks Online </a></u> , please use the same.

Where QuickBooks Online is text that having hyperlink of mentioned URL 

I need to display above text in Table visual and text shown will be like below

Book is available at QuickBooks Online , please use the same.

Where user click on QuickBooks Online and above link will get open.

Please suggest!!

@amsrivas , You need to have text in one column and URL in another column, then it can work

Requirement is to have hyperlink data and normal data in one column only.
