Connect to website with login

Hello,

I have been following the user guide for how to connect to web pages with login but I get following error:

I've tried multiple website with login and get the same error everytime. 

I've tried saving the login on the browser and selecting anonymous but it won't work that way either.

Any help is greatl

As @vanessafvg states, it's not possible in PowerBI currently. I did however succeed in Excel using a macro I picked up from somewhere. If Excel is a possible solution to gather the data, you might try searching the web (I can try to dig up the macro, but I did this a couple of years ago...)

its hard to understand what you are doing, what exactly are you trying to log into , are you doing a webscrape? are you connecting to an application? please provide more information.

Of course. 

I'm trying to access a website, I don't want to give the name as it's an internal (work) tool my company is using. 

I go to Get data--> web -->basic setting and copied in the url 

I also tried this with my amazon and I had the same issue:

I get prompted to the access web content site where I can choose anonymous, basic, windows etc.

I've tried windows and basic and the login credentials are defintley correct, but no matter what I try I get the error message in my first post.

I do not think you can log into to any web using power bi, that is why its says anonymous log ins only as you are only able to do the web scraping from public web pages. If you need to log into a sit you would probably need to access it a different way.
