Compare text columns in two different tables and return the score based on difference

Hi,

I have the below requirement in PowerBi. I have two tables(Forecast table and Deliver Table). If the difference between the Forecast and Deliver table is less than or equal to -2 then it should return the score as 1 and if it is =-2 return 2 etc. as given

below.

Dept	Resource Forecast
HR	2
Finance	1
Dev	4

Dept	Resource Deliver
HR	1
Finance	2
Dev	6
