New to Power BI and to the forum, please understand.
As you see below each % label shows % of grand total. But, I want to show column % for each year on the X-xis. For example, 9.9% should be 78.5% for 2017. But, when I checked the option, there is no option for column % as you see in another screenshot.
When I changed the chart type, it automatically shows column %, even though the 'Show value as' option still sets to Percent of grand total. But, I like the column % on line chart. Please help.

Sorry, X-axis can't set the percent display form, it's by design. If you must display as a percentage on the X-axis, then I'm afraid I can only suggest that you manually enter a column in the original table where the percentage of what needs to be displayed on the X-axis is placed and use it as the X-axis
