Color formatting per category and grand total ina matrix

Hi,

I have a matrix with two categories and a grand total.

I need to show data bars with separate colors for each category and the grand total. What I need to achieve is below.

What I have managed it this. 

Could anyone please help me with:

• is it possible to set separate colors on each category and grand total
• is it possible to set data bars on the  grand total? 
• Maybe I need to pick another chart?

I change my visual to 100% stacked bar chart to stacked bar chart and there I could set different colors on two categories.  I could also get a row total.
For my purpose it worked alright.

@Alisea_MI , I do not see any option other than positive and negative for color
