Color formats in matrix

Hi Community,

in my matrix projects and their milestones are displayed. A kind of timeline (Planned dates are displayed in the matrix and when they have actually been reached).

questionCan I highlight milestones that are reached late with a background color? Do I have to insert something into an existing measure? @MFelix

Already have a calculated column that calculates and assigns the status.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can just create the color column instead of status column like this and apply it in conditional format:

Color =
Switch(
True(),
[upcoming Milestone] = "0.In Preparation","purple",
[upcoming Milestone] = "1.done","blue",
[Datediff] <= 0, "green",
[Datediff] >=1 && [Datediff] <=3, "yellow",
[Datediff] >=4 && [Datediff] <=6, "pink",
[Datediff] >=7, "red"
)

Please refer this document:

Use conditional formatting in tables

Yes you can. I wrote about it here https://exceleratorbi.com.au/conditional-formatting-with-a-text-field-in-power-bi/
