Canot not Save the Power Bi File "... is already opend in Power bi desktop or another program"

Hi All,

Ussually I use my PC in power bi development but recently I switch to my laptop due to traveling condition. I can't save the power bi file even I create new file. It give an error as below picture. Would be greate if some body could help.

@manoplaeli , This only happens when a file is open twice and both are edited. Please open task manager and close all instances of power bi and try again.

If needed re install power bi

There is only one process availabe, when I killed it my power bi is closed. I re-open again and it is showing the same problem. I also re-start my computer and it show the same result. I am pretty sure that I am not opening twice the file. What programe would open the power bi file automatically?
