When I try to refresh my data, I receive an error message saying Browser not Supported. However, I do have google chrome which is a supported browser.

Yes, if you have a data gateway for your PBI tennant it might be configured there.

Assuming your default web browser is Chrome, check under Options > Security and check the "User my default web browser" option and see if that helps. I believe PowerBI still uses IE as it's embedded web browser, which is not supported by all websites. Checking that option might help force it to use Chrome if the site is returning an error.
