Can you have drill down functionality on Legend and Axis on a line chart?

Dear Power BI Community

I wanted to use a line chart which shows the MonthYear along the X axis and then drill down through a  hiercahy of Division >> Care Group >> Specialty 

Is it possible in a line chart to show a trend every month and then drill down through the hierachy?

I have tried to pull in the hiercahy into the "Legend" but it only ever shows the top level of the hierachy...Can I only ever do drill down on the Axis?

Yes drill-down is on the X-axis not on the legend.
