Can you create a measure, based on a conditional count of another measure for a specific time period

Can you create a measure, based on a conditional count of another measure for a specific time period.

Here is what I am trying to do, I have a massive database that holds individual sales. I want to offer a running incentive to my top sales agent, But count of sales by agent is just a measure since each sale is a new line regardless of salesrep.  So I want to look at each day, count the number of sales by agent, by day and if above set amount, enter a value in another measure or column.

Is this even possible?

Definitely. So, you have a table visual on your canvas with Date and Sales Rep. Add your count measure. Then add a second measure like IF( [CountMeasure] > n , "True Value" , "False Value" )
